We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our property sales team at Etihad Town Lahore. You will drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships and mentor a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential and commercial inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, investors and corporate clients
- Lead, train and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Prepare sales forecasts and market analysis reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in real estate
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
